Flora Sandra Siami brings 30 years of experience in executive management overseeing clinical trials and RWE research, strategic growth, and business development to her role at MDIC and NESTcc. Ms. Siami guides the strategy and operations for NESTcc programs to produce innovative approaches that advance the goals of stakeholders including patients, providers, health systems, public & private payers, industry, regulators, and others. She leads NESTcc’s efforts to become a trusted platform in the timely generation of real-world evidence (RWE) and a key partner in solving pre- and post-market challenges in the medical technology space. She works closely with the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Centers for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH)in building a first of its kind national evaluation system to enable optimal use of RWE in pre-market, post-market, and active surveillance for medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, imaging, and digital health technologies.
